Our Mission
We believe maintenance teams should not have to choose between staying compliant and staying simple. PrioxiMRO exists to give maintenance operations a single source of truth.
PrioxiMRO was built by a team that spent years inside aviation maintenance operations and kept seeing the same problem appear again and again.
"Small and mid-sized shops today pay enterprise prices for software that was not built for them. That gap is what PrioxiMRO was created to fill."
Our founder spent years working closely with aviation companies. Over time, he kept seeing the same problem come up again and again: a problem that usually had a simple fix, but was being solved with overly complicated technology instead.
He also noticed how vendors were selling their software big platforms with upfront commitment, and almost no way to switch or get out. Small and mid-sized shops were paying enterprise prices for tools that were not built for them.
Independent operators servicing components, cargo systems, and ULDs were left choosing between expensive custom software or staying on paper binders and Excel sheets. That gap is what PrioxiMRO was created to fill.
"With over 20 years in aviation and a strong belief that technology should make things easier, not harder, our team built PrioxiMRO to tackle one of the industry's biggest headaches: its reliance on paper."
PrioxiMRO is modular by design: a shop can start with just digital sign-offs or inventory tracking and add more as operations grow, rather than buying into one large system on day one.
Every module records, electronic sign-off, audit trail, Part-IS security is pre-configured to match EASA Part 145 requirements out of the box, so teams without technical staff can get compliant without translating jargon like API or custom integration first.
We believe maintenance teams should not have to choose between staying compliant and staying simple. PrioxiMRO exists to give maintenance operations a single source of truth.
A future where digital trust is the default in maintenance operations. We want to build the kind of software that teams can rely on through accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
Precisely tailored to meet unique demands of small, independent shops, without locking into an all-in-one system. Start with just one module and add as your operations grow.
Every detail matters. We build with the same exactness expected on the hangar floor, not the tolerance for error common in general software.
Aircraft maintenance does not pause for downtime, and neither should the tools supporting it. We build for uptime and consistency.
Complexity is the enemy of adoption on a maintenance floor. We design for the people actually doing the work.
Aviation standards evolve, and so do we. We treat every regulatory shift and customer insight as a reason to refine.
